A Certain Kind Of Love

I’ve loved her in ways described in books and fantasies,
Therefore, I shall never let the romance escape me.
I’ll take the time to write her a meaningful sonnet,
Show that she’s the most exquisite creature on this planet.
I can easily compare her to a summer’s day,
And admire all of her beauty in every possible way.
I will be her knight in shining armor,
I’ll be the only one who can truly charm her.
I shall express my thoughts and emotions in a song,
And serenade her with beautiful melodies all day long.
I’ll even tell the world how much I love her,
And that I hope time will forever bind us together.
Although, this kind of thinking may be particularly scary,
I just know that she’s the one I’m going to marry.
